What are "loops?"
Simply put, a loop is what we call backing tracks. The term "loop" comes from the use of an audio track that repeats or loops back to the beginning as it plays until acted upon.
However, for the tracks you'll find here, think backing tracks = loops.
Why loops?
Worship loops can serve a variety of purposes. These can include improving overall sound of your worship team, adding sounds that would otherwise be impossible to recreate in a live setting, compensating for a lack of musicians, and improving the musicianship of your team as they learn to play with the loop. What do they sound like?
The loops on this site usually have an electronic, modern feel to them. There's often pads, strings, and a ton of other miscellaneous sounds. You can preview the loops before buying by scrolling down on the loop's page to the Media Collection heading. There you will see the option to stream the track.
